The nurse will be able to provide you with information about your health concern. If you or a family members are experiencing symptoms, you will be asked to describe these symptoms answer questions that can help the nurse best assess the problem.
All calls are confidential and free of charge.
The nurse will then advise you of the best approach, whether it is self care or a visit to a doctor or health practitioner. He or she may give you the phone number of a health resource or service in your community that can help with your health concern.
